As a Stock Assistant, and a valued member of the Milano Centrale team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:Support the Store Manager and Specialists in managing daily activities.Actively contribute in achieving store objectives (budget and targets) adapting to strategic changes and new action plans established by management.Contribute to creating a strong team spirit, with a trustful and open interaction, by collaborating with colleagues within and beyond the organization.Organize and manage the stockroom of the store and deliveries.Receiving incoming goods and preparing outgoing goods.Handling goods within the store and be responsible for the organization of the stockroom of the store.Inventory management and stock verification.Fostering a positive and productive environment, highlighting wins, celebrating and crediting the team and individuals for successes. Do not hesitate to apply if you have:Previous experience in similar roles (Stock Assistant, Promoter, Beauty Consultant), preferably within dynamic, multinational retail environments.Knowledge of key commerce KPIs.Proficiency in using computers and key software applications.Results-oriented mindset.Agility, dynamism and flexibility.Organisational skills.Aptitude for teamwork.Physical and stress resistance.High school diploma.Good knowledge of English.
