About this role

As part of our Strategic Accounts team, you will play a vital role in our mission to offer a full breadth of choice to our consumers. We are looking for a dynamic individual to lead our business development efforts in Southern Italy, specifically focusing on the Campania region.
In this role, you will Lead by aiming high in negotiations, Deliver by driving brand investment and results, and Care by building long-term, collaborative relationships with our partners to help them succeed on our platform.

Location: Naples, Italy (Field-based)
Reporting to: Team Lead of Strategic Accounts

These are some of the key components to the position:

* Lead negotiations in Southern Italy with local brands and strategic franchisees to join the Just Eat platform.
* Develop tailored proposals and strategic analyses to support competitive economic offers for target partners.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across multiple levels of target chains.
* Support the Team Lead in commercial negotiations with major international and national brands.
* Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth operational go-live process for all newly signed partners.
* Drive brand investment through upselling opportunities like Top Rank, loyalty programs, and item discounts.
* Monitor and manage portfolio performance to ensure partners meet key operational targets and quality standards.

What will you bring to the team?

* Proven experience in sales and business development with a focus on high-impact acquisition.
* Strong business acumen and the ability to influence stakeholders through expert negotiation skills.
* An entrepreneurial and proactive mindset, focused on achieving ambitious growth goals.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate value propositions clearly.
* A highly organized and analytical approach to managing complex sales cycles and portfolios.
* Ability to build and nurture professional relationships over time to prevent churn and encourage loyalty.
* Familiarity with tools like Salesforce or Tableau, or experience in the Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering (Horeca) sector.
* A full vaid Italian Driving License
