Your Role

We are looking for an experienced Plastic Technologist Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing technology standards related to design, material selection, development, and optimization of plastic technologies. This role involves applying advanced plastic engineering principles to components and manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality, cost-e?icient, and sustainable solutions.

Your Impact

* Define and maintain technical standards for materials, processes, and systems.
* Manage technical documentation and deliver internal training programs.
* Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend updates to existing standards.
* Design and develop plastic parts and assemblies.
* Select appropriate materials and manufacturing processes (e.g., injection molding,extrusion, thermoforming).
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Production) to ensure product feasibility, compliance, and alignment with internal standards.
* Conduct testing and validation of plastic components to meet performance and safety requirements.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives for processes and material performance.

About You

Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also downto-earth and ethical. You enjoy working in a team and are interested in product innovation. You are results and customer-driven and strive to continuously improve.
What you should bring:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
* Proven experience in plastic technology and manufacturing processes.
* Good knowledge of CAD software and simulation tools.
* Familiarity with international standards and regulations for plastic components.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
* Experience with sustainable materials and recycling technologies.
* Knowledge of mold design and tooling.
* Project management capabilities.
* Leadership
