Suppliers Compliance Coordinator

Description du poste:

Reporting to the Industrial Compliance Manager, the role will be responsible of driving strategic improvements in the supplier compliance program through data analysis, trend identification, and the development of proactive strategies. This role requires a strong organizational and planning skills, analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. The role should coordinate the work of audit supervisors and operational inspector team.
Master degree in Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field. Proven experience in project management, and data analysis, reporting, and trend identification. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, …). Located in Milano or Fiesso d'Artico (VE) offices, but with frequent business trips
