ATTIVITA' PRINCIPALI

* Supporto alla predisposizione di Business Plan e alle analisi di bilancio ed economiche necessarie
* Interviste con gli agenti per recuperare le informazioni necessarie all'analisi economica
* Supporto alla gestione diretta o gestione diretta dei modelli in Excel per la realizzazione del Business Plan
* Preparazione di presentazioni power point per incontri con colleghi o agenti
* Attivazione di consulenti legali esterni per la predisposizione di contratti e verifica dei contenuti

REQUISITI CHIAVE / COMPETENZE / ESPERIENZA

* Laurea in Economia, Ingegneria Gestionale o equivalente
* Esperienza nel business assicurativo (ad es. 1-2 anni)
* Competenze di Controllo di gestione e/o attività di pianificazione
* Competenze di base di Project Management/Gestione tempi/attività
* Buona conoscenza di Excel e Power Point; conoscenza di base di ChatGPT o tools analoghi
* Buone competenze nella comunicazione, inclusa la comunicazione e presentazione a gruppi di lavoro
* Proattività e orientamento ai risultati
