The Product Development Manager leads and supervises the entire development process of leather goods collections. They are the point of reference for the Creative Direction, ensuring that each model reflects the identity and quality standards of our Maison.
Consolidated experience (7-10 years) in the leather goods product development sector. Quality-oriented and strong attention to detail. Managerial skills: leadership, organization, priority management, and interfunctional collaboration. * Analytical skills to monitor KPIs (lead time, prototype conformity, costs, team efficiency, supplier performance). Good communication skills and ability to interface with style, product development, production, and suppliers. Knowledge of English, French preferred
