* Collaborate with HSE, Project Management, Automation, and Digital teams to streamline how sustainability data flows across the organization
* Develop management system documents and standards aligned with ISO 50001 and ISO 46001 requirements, supporting continuous improvement and readiness across the network
* Partner with Automation and Digital teams to define metering and monitoring requirements, ensuring site systems are future-ready and aligned with Smart Factory ambitions
* Support the development and delivery of digital training tools and sustainability training programs in collaboration with Building & Utilities subject matter experts
* Lead specific projects that advance and strengthen the overall Sustainability program across the M&S network

About you

Experience:

* Proven hands-on experience in industrial environments managing and optimizing building systems, utilities, energy, and water resources

* Experience managing external partner contracts

Soft and technical skills:

* Strong project management and organizational skills
* Ability to analyze complex problems and make sound, data-driven decisions
* Good collaboration skills - build trusted relationships across sites and drive initiatives forward through strong project management in matrix environments
* Proactive and curious mindset - take initiative, seek improvements, and manage multiple priorities across a global network
* Solutions-oriented approach - understand site realities with empathy and propose practical solutions

Education:

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent

* French language knowledge is a nice to have

Why choose us?

* Power industry-leading performance by working at the intersection of sustainability, data, and AI-driven innovation - shaping how our sites operate today and in the future
* Build unmatched breadth of knowledge by getting to know the entire M&S manufacturing network and all GBUs - giving you a truly global perspective few roles can offer
* Work with cutting-edge digital tools, smart metering systems, and next-gen automation as part of Sanofi's Smart Factory and digital transformation journey
