ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Office Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations, supporting employees, and contributing to a welcoming and efficient workplace. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing office workflow, correspondence, and supply coordination
* Ensuring document flow and invoice processing (POs in One Buy system, letters, POAs, agreements, etc.)
* Fleet Management. Coordinating expenses and car reports for Baltic employees
* Supporting employee onboarding and offboarding processes
* Assisting with HR-related tasks, events, and engagement activities
* Overseeing work safety compliance and communicating with service providers
* 2+ years of experience in office administration, HR, or work safety
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Very good time management and priorities planning skills
* A proactive, detail-oriented, and people-focused mindset
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Fluent Latvian, strong English language skills
* Experience with One Buy system will be considered an advantage
* Knowledge of labour laws and related statutory regulations (social benefits, taxes) is an advantage
* Possibility to work onsite 5 days a week
