Currently, we are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team in Vilnius!

Part-time job - 30 hours a week.

As our new Office Administrator, you will:

* Manage all correspondence, including emails, letters, phone calls, and invoices

* Welcome and assist company guests and clients in a friendly and professional manner

* Keep the office organised and running smoothly every day

* Make sure office supplies (such as stationery) are always available

* Communicate and coordinate with external service providers

* Support daily administrative tasks and take on additional duties when needed

You are our perfect candidate if you have:

* The ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities effectively

* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to quickly adapt and handle a high volume of information

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, CoPilot) and AI tools

* Excellent communication and coordination skills

* Fluency in both written and spoken Lithuanian and English

Our offer:

The monthly gross salary for this position is 1125 EUR for 0.75 FTE.
