The Treatwell Team is growing, and we're actively looking for our next stars! You'll join a dynamic and highly motivated sales team aiming to revolutionize the beauty industry.
As a key player in our commercial development, your mission will be to acquire more Treatwell customers in and around Vilnius. Your goal is to convince salons and beauty professionals in the beauty and wellness industry to join us and use our software to grow their businesses.
From day one, you'll benefit from a comprehensive onboarding program spread over several weeks to ensure the best support, allowing you to shine in business development. During this time we expect you to be in the office every day to ensure your smooth onboarding.

You will be responsible for:
* Boosting sales through salon visits: be active in the field by visiting salons, often spontaneously (without prior appointments), to pitch Treatwell and close sales. You'll manage the entire sales process, from the first contact to the final signature.
* Enjoying a great balance between working in the field and collaborating with your colleagues once a week at our beautiful Vilnius office.
* Research and prospect beauty and wellness professionals in your area via phone, internet, CRM, social media, and especially in-person visits.
* Secure appointments and independently manage sales up to the closing stage.
* Support new partners during their first steps after signing the contract, onboard them, and teach them how to use our software correctly before passing them on to our Customer Success team.
* Update our CRM database (we use Salesforce, and we'll train you on it) with all relevant information.
* Conduct market and competitive analysis and provide feedback from the field to improve our sales techniques and approach.
* Analyze your performance to meet and even exceed your objectives.
* Team spirit is vital: you'll play a key role in motivating and strengthening the team.

* Salary for this part-time position - EUR600-950 Gross Monthly + Motivating Bonus (average of 500EUR, uncapped).

About you:
* You have a winning mentality, driven to overachieve on monthly targets.
* You have some prior experience with cold-calling.
* You're organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling the entire sales cycle, from opportunity creation to administrative closing, with meticulousness.
* You're a hunter at heart, adaptable to a constantly evolving environment.
* You're ambitious and find working with targets highly motivating.
* Your positivity and good mood are contagious, and you stay upbeat no matter the circumstances.
* You're willing to take part in our onboarding program, which will start with 2 weeks at our Vilnius office. For those living farther away, we offer the option to stay in a hotel during this period to help reduce travel time.
* You are fluent in Lithuanian & English, Russian is a plus.
* Interest in working in a part-time role (hours between 9:00 and 18:00, Monday to Friday)
