KITCHEN STEWARD
Job overview:
In this physically demanding role, you will be maintaining the cleanliness and health and safety standards within our multiple kitchens.
Further duties include, but are not limited to:
* Transporting and cleaning cooking utensils and service-ware in the hotel.
* Operate cleaning equipment such as dishwashers etc.
* Stock and maintain supplies and equipment.
* Perform cleaning duties including, but not limited to, mopping, and removing trash.
* Transport, prepare and arrange clean service-ware for events and functions.
Ideally, you'll have previous work experience, preferably in a hotel of similar size. You will also be able to work under pressure and able to work shift duties, including evenings, weekends and/or holidays
