Technology Lead - Business Analyst

Position: Business Analyst (5-7 years)
Technical Skills: SQL, API, JIRA, Chalk, SNOW

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities (Work with rest of the BA's located in St. Louis)
* Work with cross-functional stakeholders, technical teams, and fellow business analysis professionals
* Design and document business requirements documents in Epics and Stories
* Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance operational effectiveness
* Learn TMS application configurations of new workflows
* Configure workflow tasks in TMS based on the business requirements
* Work with the business users to test the workflow configurations
* Follow change management processes to ensure successful deployment of the intakesPreferred Qualifications: skills and experience
* Mixture of strong analysis and technical expertise.
* Knowledge of Agile Methodologies such as Scrum is required
* Ability to work with a dynamic team in a collaborative way
* Experience with data analysis, SQL, understanding of APIs is a must
* Experience with JIRA and ChalkNice To Have:
* Telecom domain experience preferred
* Experience with case management tools like Servienow is preferred
