Responsibilities

The Opportunity 

Guarantee the integrity of the financial information of the company's assets and projects, complying with the SLA's of services, policies and procedures PI, USGAAP, Financial regulations and SOX.

Your Impact  

As Cntrl & Rpt Analyst your responsibilities would consist o

1. Accounting for movements requested by the Controller's Office of each BU.



2. Process and confirm modifications to Master Data requested by our clients.



3. Support in the generation of depreciation projection reports ensuring that the figures are correct and timely delivery.



4. Ensure Obtaining of missing invoices that protect the ownership of the company's assets.



5. Ensure reconciliation and integration of accounting accounts for Investment, Depreciation, Expenses, Construction in Process and those related to Accounting Standards.



6. Generate financial information of the movements related to assets and projects in the month.



7. Analyze Information on Fixed Assets to internal Clients.



8. Participate in innovation and improvement projects for the area.



9. Prepare information required by SOX audits and certifications.



10. Punctual monitoring of projects to capitalize the assets acquired and mention any risk that may arise according to the policy.
Qualifications

¿Who Are We Looking For?  

* Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting.

* At least 2 years experience working in analytical and/or control related positions.

* Prior experience working as an FA Accountant would be ideal, but not mandatory.

* Previous experience working in SOX controls compliance roles is desirable.

* Systems knowledge in any of the following is highly regarded: SAP, HFM, Oracle.

* Proficient in Microsoft office, predominantly Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, and macros).

* Bilingual (Spanish/English). 90% English (writing, reading, conversation).

* Highly organized and detail oriented.

* Extremely proactive individual with a go-getter attitude that is not afraid to confront and probe fellow employees.

* Ability to work under pressure and in stressful environments in order to adhere to strict deadlines.

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as individual will be required to interact with high-level employees, not only in Mexico, but internationally as well.
