Responsibilities
Based in Mexico City to provide support to PepsiCo Foods North America
The Opportunity
Join a fast-paced operations environment where your work directly impacts service execution, delivery efficiency, and business growth across PepsiCo Foods North America. As a Daily Routing Analyst, you will play a critical role in optimizing delivery operations by building and managing daily route plans that balance customer service, productivity, compliance, and operational efficiency.
This position is ideal for analytical and solution-oriented professionals who enjoy working with data, solving logistics challenges, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in last-mile operations.
What You'll Do
* Execute daily routing and dispatch operations using Omnitracs One to support efficient delivery execution across PepsiCo Foods North America.
* Build optimized delivery routes based on order demand, resource availability, operational constraints, and service requirements.
* Collaborate daily with field locations and delivery specialists to address customer delivery needs and improve routing effectiveness.
* Ensure routing plans comply with DOT hours-of-service regulations, operational SOPs, and productivity targets.
* Monitor routing performance metrics including hours, stops, cases, and route efficiency.
* Support cost-to-serve optimization initiatives while enabling accelerated volume growth.
* Identify routing risks, network imbalances, and operational constraints, escalating opportunities to strategic routing teams for optimization initiatives.
* Prepare and maintain daily and weekly operational scorecards and reporting.
* Deliver excellent internal customer service while partnering with stakeholders across operations, logistics, and supply chain teams.
* Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve routing processes, operational execution, and service performance.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in engineering, Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
* 1+ year of experience in dynamic or optimized routing environments.
* Experience working in supply chain, logistics, sales operations, customer service, or related operational roles.
* Strong analytical and mathematical reasoning skills with the ability to understand operational drivers and performance metrics.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Full professional proficiency in English.
* Ability to self-manage priorities and perform effectively in a high-volume operational environment.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with routing and dispatch platforms such as Omnitracs One.
* Knowledge of transportation compliance and DOT regulations.
* Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills.
* Experience supporting shared services or multi-site operations.
