Responsibilities
The Opportunity
The GTM Operations Analyst will be responsible for providing operational and analytical support to distribution operations across Mexico, ensuring the proper execution and monitoring of routing processes, delivery performance, and operational tools such as Omnitracs. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams and support strategic PMF Mexico initiatives focused on driving operational efficiency, service level compliance, and continuous improvement.
The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the identification of optimization opportunities and providing timely visibility into distribution network performance.
Your Impact
As Last Mile Analyst your functions would consist of …
* Provide operational and analytical support for GTM distribution operations across Mexico, ensuring alignment with PMF initiatives and business priorities.
* Monitor route performance in real time to identify deviations, support issue resolution, and improve delivery efficiency.
* Maintain accurate and timely updates within the Omnitracs tool to ensure operational visibility and data integrity.
* Support Close Loop operational processes through coordination with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
* Track operational KPIs and contribute to compliance with established OLAs and SLAs.
* Assist in the implementation of operational changes, new processes, and PMF-related initiatives within the Mexico market.
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement focused on routing accuracy, operational efficiency, and service performance.
* Prepare and analyze operational reports to support decision-making and performance tracking.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication, process alignment, and execution of operational priorities.
* Support day-to-day operational activities while maintaining a customer-service and solution-oriented mindset.
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
* 1-2 years of experience in operations, logistics, transportation, routing, or supply chain environments.
* Experience working with operational or routing tools such as Omnitracs, Geotab, SAP, Power BI, or similar platforms is preferred.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret operational data and identify improvement opportunities.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI or other reporting tools is a plus.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
* Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up capabilities.
* Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
* Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
