Job Description

Key Responsibilities

* Lead execution of financial reporting and accounting strategies aligned with regional and global objectives.
* Manage and develop a high-performing team of financial reporting and accounting professionals.
* Oversee budgeting processes and ensure accurate financial planning within scope of responsibility.
* Ensure compliance with internal controls through regular testing, audits, and monitoring activities.
* Deliver timely statutory, financial, and management reports to internal and external stakeholders.
* Drive integrity and efficiency of financial systems across tax, inventory, payments, and purchasing data.
* Lead risk management processes, ensuring effective controls, compliance, and audit readiness.

Essential Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
* Proven experience in financial reporting, accounting, and compliance in a complex organization.
* Strong knowledge of financial controls, statutory reporting, and audit processes.
* Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
* Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
* Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to interpret and communicate financial data clearly.

Desirable Requirements

* Master of Business Administration degree or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
* Working knowledge of Portuguese is a plus.
