Candidate requirements: * Engineering * Minimum 2-5 years of experience in the automotive industry. * Advanced English Technical Skills: * APQP * IATF 16949/ISO 14001 * SAP * PMS (Program Mangment System) * GD&T * TRS * Specific customer requirements * Customer Websites (Portals) * Machinery Safety He is responsible for all aspects of manufacturing programs at his plant. Its mission starts from the end of the project acquisition (end of phase 1) until 6 months after SOP. * Coordinate the assigned tasks of the program and ensure their fulfillment. * In agreement with the program manager, technical interface with the customer and suppliers. * According to the PMS, define the launch team and the necessary resources (workload, key competencies and necessary profiles) and coordinate their activities. * Be the interface between the Program Manufacturing Leader (PML) and the plant. * Product Interface (Manufacturing) * Production System Development * Production Launch
