We are currently seeking a Technical Solns.Arch. Specialist Advisor to join our team in CDMX, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX).
Design and implement end-to-end technical solutions aligned with business requirements and enterprise standards
Lead MES migration and upgrade initiatives, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal performance
Define solution architecture involving .NET-based services, web services (SOAP), Oracle databases, and reporting tools
Analyze and resolve system performance issues and transaction bottlenecks across applications, databases, and infrastructure
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, infrastructure, development) to define technical strategies and delivery timelines
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and best practices
Lead and mentor technical teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and timely execution
Develop and optimize data reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI and ETL tools (e.g., Pentaho)
Drive continuous improvement in system scalability, reliability, and maintainability

🔹 Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Strong experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Lead, or Senior Developer
Hands-on experience with:
.NET technologies (C#)
SOAP-based web services and integrations
Oracle databases and performance tuning

Experience with MES systems migration, upgrades, or support
Knowledge of ETL processes and tools (e.g., Pentaho)
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
Strong understanding of system integration and distributed architectures
Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering complex solutions
