Front Developer (JavaScript)

About the Role:
This role is focused on front-end development within a collaborative environment, contributing to the design and development of modular and scalable applications. You'll work with modern JavaScript frameworks and component-based architectures, while participating in technical discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.
There is a strong emphasis on building reusable components, ensuring code quality, and working across different layers of the front-end ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain front-end applications using CELLS architecture.
* Build reusable, modular components using modern web technologies.
* Collaborate in technical discussions and problem-solving sessions.
* Integrate front-end solutions with REST APIs and microfrontend architectures.
* Ensure application performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices.
* Contribute to continuous improvements through testing and iterative development.

Technical Requirements:
* Strong experience with JavaScript (ES6+).
* Experience working with Web Components.
* Hands-on experience with LitElement / Lit.
* Knowledge of Polymer (nice to have).
* Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and Sass.
* Experience developing responsive and adaptive interfaces.
* Experience consuming REST APIs.
* Understanding of microfrontend architectures.
* Experience with version control tools such as Git and Bitbucket.
* Familiarity with frontend tooling such as npm and Webpack.
* Experience with testing frameworks like Jest and Web Test Runner.
* Knowledge of web accessibility and performance best practices.

Nice to Have:
* Experience in banking or financial industry projects.
* Knowledge of CELLS architecture.
* Experience with CI/CD processes and deployments.
* Exposure to Node.js and TypeScript.
* Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
