Job Description:

Manage and coordinate the department's resources (personnel, machinery, equipment, and budget) based on Quality, Cost, and Safety objectives, in order to ensure compliance with the production target.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Electronic, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
* Experience in the automotive industry required (experience in tire manufacturing is a plus)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* English- B1
* Knowledge of production processes
* Personnel management (Mandatory)
* Problem analysis and resolution
* Lean Manufacturing
* Quality Management Systems.
* ESH Systems (Environment, Safety, and Health)
* Experience with ERP systems.
* Sequencing Knowledge
