Coordinate and ensure the timely supply of productive material in order not to run short or stop the line.âÂEURÂ'
Daily Critical Parts Report (Daily Start UP, Halftime)âÂEURÂ'.
Maintain low inventory level On Hand and In yard.âÂEURÂ'
Dispose of obsolete material as much as possible.âÂEURÂ'
Avoid expired material in the plant.âÂEURÂ'
Review and remove ASN too long, Out of Balance, Negative Parts.âÂEURÂ'
Work with the following Systems: On line (Stock Status, MIP3 Epics, Critical Shortages, Champs (Under and over shipments, Shipment tracking), PC Portal (Follow Up),CSDS (CSDS Inquiry)âÂEURÂ'
Audit Material Verification to ensure receipts are properly captured.âÂEURÂ'
Be in contact with the departments involved so that the disposition of non-conforming material is carried out in the appropriate time.âÂEURÂ'
Analyze weekly the Balance to Excess report to obtain information on potentially obsolete material.âÂEURÂ'
Prepare a database of the dual tables to determine the amounts of the obsolete potential.âÂEURÂ'
Make all the adjustments corresponding to the On Hand's, locations and description of the parts.âÂEURÂ'
Prepare the information for the area of comptrollership and government relations to obtain the corresponding permits for its destruction, after auditing by them.

Años de experiencia: 3 años de experiencia en áreas de Logistica (Planeación,Programacion, Recods).

Profesión: Ing, Industrial, Ing. en Logistica, Admon de Empresas o similar.

Nivel de Ingles: Ingles Avanzado.

Disposición de horarios: Primer Turno, con opción de cubrir 2do turno y 3er turno (Alta disponibilidad).

Conocimientos en que sistemas: Sistema de Online, Champs, PC Portal, CSDS, EBOM.

Habilidades trabajo bajo: Presión, Liderazgo, Auto dirigido, Disponibilidad de Tiempo, Manejo de Personal Empleado
