About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Creative Project Coordinator to join our Marsh Global Creative Centre of Excellence. In this pivotal role, you will manage the logistics and coordination of creative projects from initial briefing through to final delivery. You will work closely with designers, writers, video editors, and stakeholders to ensure projects run smoothly, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll do
* Oversee the intake and trafficking of creative assets and tasks using project management tools to ensure timely delivery.
* Coordinate project planning by defining timelines, scopes, and milestones, and facilitating kick-off meetings, regular check-ins, and review sessions.
* Monitor project progress, identify and resolve bottlenecks, and maintain smooth workflows.
* Act as the primary liaison between clients and the creative team, managing communication and expectations effectively.
* Ensure all deliverables meet project objectives and quality standards.
* Support administrative functions including project management tool administration and vendor management.

What you'll bring
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Design, Advertising, or a related field.
* Language Requirements: Must be fluent in English (spoken and written), only CV's in English will be considered.
* Experience in project management, creative workflows, and asset management.
* Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage a broad range of stakeholders.
* Collaborative mindset with the ability to foster teamwork across diverse groups.
* Proactive problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Solid understanding of creative processes.
* Experience with project management tools such as Wrike, Workfront, or similar.
* Ability to negotiate and influence internal and external stakeholders.
* Process-oriented approach.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
