About the job

Are you passionate about transforming customer data into meaningful consumer experiences? As a Product Owner - CRM & Customer Data, you will lead the strategy and evolution of critical marketing technology products that power customer engagement, personalization, identity management, and data activation across digital channels.
In this role, you will own the roadmap, backlog, and value realization of CRM, Customer Data Platform (CDP), and Identity Management capabilities. Working at the intersection of business, data, and technology, you will help create seamless, trusted, and personalized consumer experiences while enabling scalable growth through first-party data.
You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, digital, analytics, technology, privacy, and customer engagement teams to ensure data-driven capabilities deliver measurable business impact.

* Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for CRM, Identity Management, and CDP platforms.
* Prioritize features, enhancements, and user stories that maximize business value and customer outcomes.
* Drive consumer data unification, segmentation, profile orchestration, and activation initiatives.
* Collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and high-quality digital solutions.
* Establish and monitor key product and data quality metrics, including profile accuracy, match rates, completeness, and activation readiness.
* Support customer lifecycle, retention, and personalization use cases through trusted first-party data strategies.

About You

You are a customer-focused product professional who enjoys solving complex challenges and turning data capabilities into tangible business outcomes. You combine strategic thinking with strong execution skills and can effectively navigate cross-functional environments where business, technology, and privacy considerations intersect.

Must-Have Qualifications

* Experience leading digital products as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Sr. Product Analyst, Martech Product Owner, or similar role.
* Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, backlog management, prioritization, and user story development.
* Hands-on experience with Customer Data Platforms, particularly Treasure Data CDP or similar solutions.
* Solid understanding of CRM ecosystems, consumer engagement programs, customer lifecycle management, and personalization strategies.
* Knowledge of identity management concepts, including profile unification, identifiers, account linking, and recognition models.
* Familiarity with customer data architectures, event-driven data models, and digital activation ecosystems.
* Experience working with tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

* Understanding of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, or Tag Commander.
* Exposure to Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe DAM, Salsify, or related digital experience platforms.
* Knowledge of APIs, data integrations, governance frameworks, and access management principles.
* Experience working within first-party data, consent-aware marketing, and privacy-conscious digital environments.
* Portuguese language skills.
