Responsibilities

The Opportunity

The Commercial Insights BI role leads end-to-end market performance analysis, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that enable Commercial and Shopper Insights teams to define and execute growth strategies aligned with Operating Unit (OU) priorities.

The role integrates multiple commercial levers-including pricing, pack architecture, channel dynamics, and promotional effectiveness-to develop a holistic view of value creation opportunities and support Revenue Management decision-making.

Additionally, this position acts as a strategic business partner, driving forward-looking analysis and ensuring that market intelligence, competitive context, and performance diagnostics are connected into structured narratives that inform planning cycles (AOP, IBP) and enable sustained share and revenue growth.

Your Impact

As Commercial Insights BA Assoc Manager your scope would consist of:

Lead Share of Market (SOM) performance analysis across channels and categories, translating data into actionable insights and identifying key drivers and root causes of performance gaps or growth opportunities.

Develop and deliver monthly SOM performance diagnostics and business implications, supporting Operating Unit (OU) reviews and enabling fact-based decision-making in strategic forums (e.g., SCC, SLAMs).

Drive Revenue Management (RM) analytics and insights, connecting pricing, pack architecture, promotional effectiveness, and channel dynamics to identify value growth opportunities and optimize portfolio decisions.

Generate price-pack and channel performance analyses, identifying revenue growth "hotspots" and actionable levers to accelerate value creation.

Integrate consumer and shopper insights with commercial data, ensuring a holistic understanding of market dynamics and strengthening the link between insights and commercial actions.

Act as a strategic business partner to Commercial and Shopper Insights teams, providing forward-looking analysis to support key business decisions and growth strategies.

Support annual and mid-term planning processes (AOP, IBP, strategy reviews) by delivering robust analytical inputs and market perspectives that inform category and commercial strategies.

Lead market and competitive intelligence analysis with a forward-looking mindset, identifying emerging trends, risks, and opportunities that impact business performance

Own and evolve Growth Navigator and value creation frameworks, ensuring alignment of Available and Value levers within commercial strategies (scope may expand from current partial ownership).

Drive the transition and internalization of external analytics capabilities (e.g., Nielsen, Kantar, ISCAM ), ensuring continuity, quality, and improved efficiency of business-critical insights delivery.
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?
Education
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Actuarial Science or Data Analytics related career; post-graduate degree in same areas desirable
Experience
* +7 yrs working experience preferably in CPG industry or Consulting, in areas of Analytics, Insights, Marketing
* Outstanding project management skills
* Strong quantitative skills and Analytics proficiency. Demonstrated expertise in Nielsen data, with a strong ability to translate market insights into actionable business recommendations.
* Acts as an owner, self-starter with the highest results orientation
* Fluent in Spanish and English
* Strategic thinking and Results oriented
* Assertive Communication to all stakeholders
* Proficient using Excel, Power Point and Word
* Strong analytical skills
* Intelectual curiosity
* Ability to manage several projects/ task at a time (multitask)
* Ability to analyze and connect data from different sources, identifying issues and opportunities
* Manage to work under high demand environment
