Description du poste:

Key Accountabilities

* Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for SFMC email campaigns automation, push notifications and SMS, and integrations.

* Perform manual testing to validate functionality, rendering, personalization, and data accuracy across multiple devices and platforms.

* Collaborate with developers, marketers, and data teams to identify, document, and resolve defects or issues.

* Validate data flows, segmentation, and audience targeting within Data Extensions and Contact Builder (SFMC).

* Support the deployment and implementation of SFMC campaigns, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

* Monitor campaign performance post-deployment and assist in troubleshooting any issues.

* Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, results, and implementation procedures.

* Stay current with SFMC platform updates, testing tools, and industry best practices.

* Assist in training team members on QA processes and SFMC implementation standards.

* Excels at filing issues in the issue tracker with enough details, background context, and reproduction scenarios.

Key Metrics:

* Production Defect & Incident Rate

* Percentage of defects and production incidents identified after deployment versus during the QA process, including broken journeys, incorrect targeting, rendering failures, or automation issues.

* Campaign QA Accuracy / First Pass Approval Rate

* Percentage of campaigns approved during the first QA review without major rework required. Includes validation of: Rendering, Personalization, Dynamic content, Link tracking, Data accuracy

* Deployment & Issue Resolution Efficiency

* Percentage of campaigns, automations, and journeys deployed within agreed timelines, while maintaining efficient identification, prioritization, documentation, and resolution of defects/issues in Jira or other tracking systems.

* Cross-Platform Rendering Success Rate

* Percentage of emails successfully validated across devices, browsers, and email clients (Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail, mobile, etc.).

Key Shared Accountabilities:

* Campaign Quality & Launch Readiness: Partnering with Developers, CRM Marketers, and Project Managers to ensure campaigns, automations, journeys, SMS, and push notifications are fully tested, validated, and ready for deployment with minimal production risk.

* Cross-Functional Issue Resolution & Data Integrity: Collaborating with Developers, CRM, Data, Segmentation, and Marketing teams to identify, prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve defects or production issues while validating audience targeting, personalization logic, data flows, and Data Extension accuracy to ensure reliable customer communications.

* Process Standardization & QA Governance: Supporting the creation, documentation, and continuous improvement of QA standards, testing procedures, issue tracking practices, and implementation of workflows across the Email Marketing organization.

* Platform & Rendering Quality Assurance: Collaborating with Developers and Designers to ensure email templates, dynamic content, and customer journeys render and function correctly across devices, browsers, and email clients while maintaining brand and user experience standards.

* Operational Efficiency & Continuous Improvement: Partnering with cross-functional teams to streamline QA workflows, improve testing efficiency, reduce deployment risks, and identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven process enhancements.
