Senior Study Support Assistant - Hybrid - Mexico City

As a Senior Study Support Assistant at ICON, you will provide administrative and operational support for clinical studies, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.

What You Will Do:
Your experience in clinical trial management will be key in delivering high-quality outcomes and mentoring colleagues.

Key responsibilities include:
* Providing administrative support to study teams, including scheduling meetings, preparing study documentation, and maintaining study files.
* Assisting with the coordination of study logistics, including site management, patient recruitment, and regulatory submissions.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that all study-related tasks are completed accurately and on time.
* Monitoring study progress and reporting on key metrics to support decision-making and process improvements.
* Training and mentoring junior staff, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and professional development within the team.

Your Profile:
You will have a strong foundation in clinical trial management, with the experience to work independently and guide others.

Required qualifications and experience:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in clinical research or healthcare administration.
* Proven experience in study support or clinical trial coordination, with a solid understanding of clinical research processes.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with clinical trial management systems (CTMS) is preferred.
* Willingness to travel as required (approximately 5%)
