The Standard, Mexico City arrives in the historic Tabacalera neighborhood with character, color and a signature wink. The hotel will feature 206 rooms and suites, 27 branded residences and a leafy "secret" garden sure to become the city's favorite hideaway. Our debut in Latin America raises the aesthetic stakes, drawing from sun-washed CDMX architecture and a sensual, organic palette.
A bright café and late-night diner keep the ground floor lively from early mornings to the final nightcap. Above it all, a rooftop pool, signature restaurant and outdoor bar take in striking views of the Monumento a la Revolución. Each room and residence includes a private balcony, offering a front-row seat to the city.
We're looking for a Sales & Events Coordinator who believes the magic is in the details. Someone who thrives behind the scenes, keeps every moving piece in sync, and makes every event feel effortless-even when a hundred things are happening at once.

As our Sales & Events Coordinator, you'll be the link between our clients and our hotel teams, turning plans into reality and making sure every handoff feels seamless. You'll keep everyone aligned, every timeline on track, and every experience true to The Standard.

What You'll Do
* Coordinate group bookings and event details from confirmation through execution.
* Serve as the main point of contact between clients and hotel teams, ensuring clear communication every step of the way.
* Prepare proposals, contracts, event orders, and other sales documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Partner with Sales, Events, Food & Beverage, Operations, and Revenue to ensure every experience runs smoothly.
* Track timelines, rooming lists, event details, and client requests, making sure nothing gets lost along the way.
* Support the Sales & Events team with administrative coordination, reporting, and follow-up.
* Help create an experience that feels organized, thoughtful, and unmistakably The Standard

Profil requis du candidat:

What You Bring
* Experience in hospitality, event coordination, sales support, or a similar client-facing role.
* Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with ease.
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
* A sharp eye for detail and a proactive mindset.
* Confidence working with sales systems, Microsoft Office, and event documentation.
* Fluency in English and Spanish.
* A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
