Holiday Inn Express Pokhara is a modern, internationally branded hotel located near Lakeside Road, close to Pokhara's key tourist and commercial areas. The hotel offers 90 comfortable guest rooms, an all-day dining restaurant, bar & lounge, lobby lounge, a 213 sqm meeting and events space, and a fitness centre.

We take our housekeeping standards seriously and are looking for a Housekeeping Attendant, including Uniform/Linen Room and Laundry Valet, with an exceptional eye for detail and a passion for perfection to ensure every guest enjoys a truly memorable experience

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:
● Making sure every single room is at its absolute best for our guests
● Helping our guests in any way you can - whether they've forgotten their toothbrush or just need to find the elevator
● Keeping your supervisor in the loop by advising them of any progress or problems
● Monitoring and controlling supplies to minimise waste
● Doing your best to reunite guests with any lost or misplaced items
● Regularly assisting with deep clean projects

What We need from you:
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Flexible attitude to shifts - you may need to work nights, weekends and/or holidays
● A focused individual with passion, personality, individuality, integrity, creativity and drive for continuous ● improvement
● Ability to deal with difficult interactions and work under pressure
● A passion for delivering an exceptional level of guest service
