As an entry-level Administrator at Infobip Paraguay/Curitiba, you will be the primary engine behind "number porting"-the process that allows customers to keep their phone numbers when switching to Infobip. You will ensure that both local and Toll-Free numbers are transferred and provisioned accurately and without service gaps.
In this role, you will:
* Manage Porting Requests: Handle end-to-end Local Number Portability (LNP) requests, including "Port-In" and "Port-Out" orders, ensuring all data matches carrier records.
* Provision Toll-Free Services: Oversee the setup and routing of Toll-Free (8xx) numbers, ensuring they are active and correctly directed within the network.
* Liaise with Carriers: Coordinate daily with Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) and Local Exchange Carriers (LECs) to resolve "rejections" or discrepancies in porting data.
* Verify Compliance Documentation: Obtain and validate Letters of Agency (LOA) and Customer Service Records (CSR) to ensure legal authority for every number transfer.
* Troubleshoot Disruptions: Identify and resolve "split-port" issues or routing errors to minimize downtime for the customer during a transition.
* Maintain Databases: Regularly update internal number inventories and external databases (like the NPAC) to reflect the current status of all ported numbers.
Qualifications: What makes you a strong fit
We are looking for a highly organized individual who is detailed, process orders with accuracy, and has a high tolerance for technical administrative tasks.
* Detail-Obsessed: You notice the smallest typo in a phone number or address (critical for avoiding porting rejections).
* Communication Skills: Comfortable calling or emailing external carrier teams to push orders through "sticky" bottlenecks.
* Technical Aptitude: Ability to quickly learn how to use carrier portals and internal provisioning tools.
* Customer-Centric: You understand that a business losing its main phone number is a crisis and you act with appropriate urgency.
* Background (Nice to have): Previous experience in back-office administration, data entry, or a basic understanding of how phone networks operate (VoIP, SIP, or PSTN).
