Description du poste:

As a Legal Solutions Architect, you will be working in our Legal & Regulatory division where we help legal and compliance professionals enhance productivity, mitigate risk, and solve complex problems confidently.

You'll bring deep legal domain expertise into the Libra product. You'll work at the intersection of law, AI, and product development, helping design and optimize legal reasoning workflows that make Libra's platform feel truly "lawyer-like." Unlike Legal Engineers, who work directly with customers, Legal Solutions Architects operate primarily internally - collaborating with Product, Legal Engineering, and Machine Learning teams to ensure that Libra's AI models, prompts, and workflows reflect real legal logic, accuracy, and value.

You'll play a key role in defining how complex legal knowledge is represented inside the product, designing reusable legal workflows, curating datasets, and ensuring that Libra consistently delivers outputs that match the expectations of top-tier legal professionals.

What You'll Do
* Design and optimize AI-powered legal workflows and assistants that capture authentic legal reasoning and align with real-world practice.
* Collaborate with Product Managers and Machine Learning Engineers to translate legal expertise into structured prompts, data, and use cases.
* Work closely with Legal Engineering to evaluate customer use cases, identify gaps, and turn them into scalable product features.
* Develop and maintain domain-specific knowledge frameworks across key legal areas (e.g., corporate, M&A, litigation, regulatory).
* Create and validate training data, prompts, and evaluation sets to ensure model reliability and legal soundness.
* Review and improve AI outputs for quality, accuracy, and tone to ensure they meet professional legal standards.
* Collaborate with the Libra Academy team to develop educational content that helps users get the most value from the platform.
* Act as an internal thought leader on how AI can best model legal reasoning, argumentation, and drafting.

What You Have
* A strong legal background - ideally a law degree and preferably some experience in a top law firm or in-house legal department.
* A good understanding of legal workflows, drafting standards, and how legal professionals approach complex matters.
* Passion for AI and technology, with the curiosity to explore how large language models can support legal work.
* Excellent analytical and communication skills - you can break down complex legal reasoning and collaborate with engineers and product teams.
* Strong writing and attention to detail, ensuring AI-generated content meets the high standards expected by legal users.
* Comfort working in a fast-paced, experimental environment where precision and creativity go hand in hand.
* Proficiency in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).
* Bonus: prior experience in legal tech, automation, data modeling, or prompt engineering.

Working together
This is a hybrid role, where you will spend at least eight days a month at our office, where you'll enjoy the benefits of connecting and collaborating with your colleagues in person.
