Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
* Setting up, managing, and monitoring materials, tools, and production equipment
* Resolving minor malfunctions, and operating the production equipment
* Perform production tasks (such as assembling instruments), overseeing safety and continuously monitoring process flow
* Identify and communicate about production bottlenecks and identify product deviations
* Liaise with development engineers regarding product and/or production changes
* Using your production knowledge and experience, you'll provide input to engineers for process development, improvement, and assurance.

Required Knowledge and Experience:
* MBO level 3-4 in the field of process operator, (precision) mechanical engineering, or similar
* Experience in a production environment and affinity for precision mechanics
* Experience training others is a plus
* Proficiency in English
* Tech savvy, affinity for ICT

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
