Role Overview

Our Regulatory Analytics team operates with a "two-headed" stakeholder landscape, supporting both Product and Commercial teams. We drive product delivery (rules, data collection/verification, UX, operations) and commercial steering (go-to-market, processes, etc.). To enable clear steering, risk assessment, and prioritization in this complex scope, we deliver insights, automation, dashboards, and legal/government reporting across multiple programs.

Associate Data Analysts support the business by delivering and maintaining reports and uncovering data insights to defined business problems. They are expected to collect, prepare and analyze data with limited guidance, and select effective visualizations to convey business insights through reports or dashboards when applicable. They collaborate with peers in their craft and support initiatives for data quality and stability.
Associate Data Analysts are able to prioritize scoped tasks and communicate results based on business needs in collaboration with their manager, team and stakeholders.

Key Job Responsibilities and Duties
* Responsible for the delivery of parts of Data Analytics solutions based on business requirements, contributing to bringing them from the initial idea-generation phase to implementation under supervision;
* Responsible for working with limited guidance on consuming data and preparing it for analytical use, but asks for regular guidance to translate business problems into data stories; (i.e. analysis approaches).
* Responsible for supporting their team in achieving business objectives;
* Responsible for working with limited guidance to develop basic data visualizations, dashboards, and reports, while learning to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders effectively;
* Responsible for asking support of their peers / managers to communicate results and outcomes clearly to stakeholders;
* Responsible for following Data Analytics best practices;
* Responsible for growing their own craft skills while learning to leverage Data Analytics for impact;
* Responsible for collaborating with peers in the team;

Role Qualifications and Requirements
* Level of education - Bachelor degree;
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a data or software adjacent field, working with systems and data infrastructure at scale;
* Driven and results-oriented personality;
* Open to feedback and always looking for ways to improve performance;
* Analytical and curious mindset;
* Able to understand details while keeping an eye on the bigger picture;
* Proficiency in SQL and Python, experience with data transformation tools (e.g., dbt), cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake), and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
* Independent in working with ETL/ELT tools and methodologies;
* Independent in working with relational databases and any flavor of SQL in an analytical context;
* Communicating (written and spoken) and stakeholder management;
