The Scoober Logistical department enables JET to widen the Restaurant Partner offering to customers, as well as offer various convenience and groceries options that will help empower our customers every convenience moment.
About this role
Within Scoober Logistics Operation Department, as the Global Performance Management Team Lead, you lead and develop a high-performing performance management team, including two experienced business analysts who act as internal consultants-evaluating strategic initiatives and building robust business cases that guide growth. You will own the global KPI and performance strategy, oversee target-setting, and synthesise operational and analytical data (in close collaboration with the data analytics team) into predictive, actionable insights for senior leadership. You will guide weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reporting, lead improvement initiatives across global and local teams, and support long-term strategic planning through the OKR process, the 3-Year-Plan, and budget forecasting. As the point person for business case evaluation, you will drive opportunity sizing, financial modelling, and benefits tracking with Product & Tech, Finance, and operational experts. In this role, you act as a trusted advisor to leadership across JET, ensuring strong cross-functional alignment and enabling data-driven decision making at scale.
These are some of the key components to the position:
* Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of performance management analysts, guiding their work across strategic, tactical, and operational horizons. Set clear goals to align and manage the team roadmap with Scoober leadership.
* KPI & Performance Strategy: Develop and manage the global performance management strategy and KPI hierarchy to align with strategic priorities.
* Lead key performance improvement initiatives with other global teams
* Target Setting: Provide strategic direction and oversight for the target-setting process, ensure alignment with business objectives, and support stakeholder engagement and decision-making.
* Performance update & Insights: Guide and oversee the regular reporting of global operational performance (weekly, monthly, and quarterly). Review performance trends and deliver high-level, actionable insights to leadership. Lead the identification and implementation of performance improvement initiatives across all levels of the organization.
* Strategic Planning: Support long-term strategy development by facilitating the OKR process, providing analysis for the 3-Year-Plan, and assisting with budget forecasting.
* Business Case Management: Lead the critical review of business cases for new projects and strategic initiatives in collaboration with project portfolio team and operational experts, including opportunity sizing, financial modeling, and benefits tracking post-implementation. Ensure agreement on major contributions and targets with Product & Tech, Finance, and Scoober management team, as well as local implementation.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Advise senior leadership in JET with clear recommendations and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams like Finance, Commercial team and Product & Tech to drive alignment and achieve common goals.
What will you bring to the team?
* Proven ability to lead, manage, and develop a team of business analysts to achieve ambitious goals.
* Proven experience in a commercial management role (Strategy, Finance, or Performance Management) with P&L ownership. Demonstrable application of process improvement methodologies (e.g., PDCA, Lean Six Sigma) and strategic frameworks to analyze performance and drive continuous improvement.
* Experience working with on-demand delivery or supply chain is an asset.
* Strong analytical skills to develop business cases, assess the financial impact of initiatives, and translate operation KPI into strategic insights.
* Hands-on experience with data tools such as Excel/Google Sheets. Foundational understanding of using business intelligence platforms such as Tableau and Looker in an enterprise setting as an end-user.
* Stakeholder Management: Outstanding ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization to drive alignment and results.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear recommendations for senior leadership.
