Global Product Marketing Group
The Global Product Marketing group develops best in class product marketing initiatives that provide for high commercial impact & product storytelling for our main product groups globally. The Group is end-responsible for developing product marketing programs & content and develops our editorial programming that enables the brand to build commercial value around our key product programs.

The Team
With a team of approximately 12 associates, the group has 3 core responsibilities:
* Product Marketing Strategy - Support and co-create together with the (S)VP the product marketing strategy. Specialists who continuously research, design and implement new standards in product storytelling. This group drives the relationship between the Merchandising and Marketing teams to plan & communicate the key product stories every season per division to the end consumer.
* Editorial Programming - an Editor-in-Chief leader and editorial team who deliver the seasonal blueprint of our product storytelling throughout all channels & full funnel.
* Content Strategy - The team develops the content strategy in support of the editorial programming and leads the aggregation of all content needs for all marketing and commercial touchpoints.

The Position
Join Tommy Hilfiger's dynamic team as a Product Marketing Specialist, where you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing the brand's presence in the fashion industry. Collaborating closely with the Global Product Marketing Director and core Product Marketing teams, you'll be entrusted with advancing the iconic World of Hilfiger lifestyle while vigilantly monitoring market trends and prioritizing consumer engagement driving our product marketing efforts globally.

Your main responsibility will involve partnering with the multiple stakeholders to develop targeted marketing communications and product support strategies. These initiatives will be tailored to regional nuances and business metrics, ensuring seamless alignment with the overall marketing strategy and brand identity. Working alongside your team, you'll lead the execution of these programs across diverse touchpoints and regions, ensuring a cohesive brand narrative resonates throughout.

To excel in this role, a comprehensive grasp of brand positioning and market dynamics is essential for conceptualizing innovative marketing initiatives. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to efficiently execute projects and drive impactful results. Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the creation of comprehensive marketing campaigns, emphasizing commercial viability and collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the process.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive product marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and brand identity.
* Translate market insights into actionable marketing plans, including product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
* Partner with Creative, Merchandising, and Retail teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling across all channels and touchpoints.
* Drive the creation of compelling marketing assets, including product presentations, digital content, and promotional materials.
* Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
* Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and innovations to continuously enhance Tommy Hilfiger's marketing approach.
* Foster strong relationships with Division/Business Unit teams to deliver cohesive concepts tailored to specific segments.
* Adhere to campaign budgets and timelines outlined by senior leadership.
* Prepare necessary documentation throughout project stages, including presentations, product catalogues, and line books.
* Organize project-related resources to ensure accessibility and efficiency for the team.
* Work alongside Sample Coordinator on securing and sorting product for production shoots.

Ideal Candidate:
* 2+ years of experience in apparel/fashion/lifestyle/creative marketing on a global scale.
* University degree in marketing, creative, communications, business studies, or equivalent experience.
* Proficient in project management and organization.
* Collaborative mindset with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Pragmatic problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
* Service-oriented and adept at handling pressure to deliver innovative solutions.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in business-level English.
* Keen interest in technology and a penchant for driving innovation with a digital-first mindset.
* Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
* Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, social media trends, and e-commerce strategies.
