You will implement the operational capabilities of the business and support the operational elements for the market. You will coordinate route planning, system capabilities and tools management for the sales team.
How you will contribute
You will:
* Coordinate and initiate customer and employee master data changes for sales including processing of data.
* Support the implementation of organizational realignments for master data and administrative processes.
* Support the revision/development of relevant sales policies and administrative processes including the provision in suitable media.
* Test for system implementation and system changes working closely with sales as well as various internal departments and external service providers.
* Identify and implement master data simplification opportunities.

What you need to know about this position:
* Desarrollarás planes de RTM (estrategia de comercialización) Optimizando las ventas y la logística de reparto para tener el balance correcto entre costo y nivel de servicio.
* Comparar los datos de los puntos de venta (como Nielsen) con los datos internos para obtener información valiosa sobre el mercado de TT.
* Contribuir con análisis útiles a otras áreas (Marketing, Comercial, Gestión de Ventas Regional, E-commerce) para impulsar diversos proyectos.
* Gestionar las rutas geográficas de los vendedores TT mediante herramientas de ubicación y creación de capas.
* Realizar reestructuraciones de zonas geográficas, asignando la adecuada frecuencia de visita y de reparto, determinando la rentabilidad de cada uno de los puntos de venta, trabajando con matrices RTM (Sell out, frecuencia, MSL, Cluster)
* Mantenimiento de la maestra nacional, gestionando con los distribuidores la correcta forma de ingreso, baja, cambio de razón social, cambio de zona.
* Elaborarás DashBoards con Kpis comerciales en Mapinfo (software de sistema de información geográfica), pero con la perspectiva de RTM en: Grupos de control (PDVs) que varían en frecuencia y/o Ticket, en una determinada zona geográfica, visitas efectivas diarias por parte de los vendedores, comparando con la frecuencia y el mejor día de compra de los PDVs, y seguimiento de frecuencia e impactos a vendedores Let/Viajeros/Mayorista.
Job specific requirements:
* Al menos un año de experiencia en el área comercial de empresas de consumo.
* Manejo de office (Excel, Power Point, Word), Power BI a nivel intermedio, y menajo de plataformas de ubicación.
* Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, y proactividad.
* Profesionales en carreas como administración, marketing, y afines.
