* Create desktop/laptop build processes for domestic sites
* Create/remove users in active directory, O365, and all other business applications
* Manage third party services and vendors: monthly invoicing , reports, issues, ect.
* Manage PO process for new software/hardware and yearly support maintenances to perform the monthly invoice process
* Manage local LAN: Support Zscaler, document network switch ports and communicate the necessary changes to networking and monitoring team.
* Control and follow our corporate systems and application standards .
* Create and maintain local services and infrastructure documentation .
* Control software distribution and patch management to Windows laptops and servers.
* Prioritize work efforts, multi-task in a very fast-paced environment, and provide timely and clear updates
