We shape the future of hair artistry through cutting-edge science, sustainability, and exceptional partnerships with salon professionals.
About the role:
Are you passionate about creating visually stunning, engaging, and high-impact retail spaces? As our new Trade and Visual Merchandising Manager within PPD, your key mission is to enhance the customer experience, drive sales, and strengthen brand identity across selective retail and offline touchpoints. You will bridge creative vision with flawless commercial execution, working hand-in-hand with internal teams, external agencies, and retail partners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Coordination & Execution: Develop and control POSM and CAPEX budgets. Execute international merchandising guidelines, manage retail launches, store openings, and renovations, and create impactful planograms and temporary trade visibilities (podiums, displays) in alignment with O+O Activation Managers.
* Production, Agency & Vendor Management: Organize furniture production tenders, ensuring strict adherence to premium brand standards, quality, costs, and L'Oréal Group norms. Manage vendor relationships and activation logistics.
* Maintenance & Retail Excellence: Ensure retail design excellence through ongoing maintenance, technical "pick-ups" (odbiory techniczne), and first-time installations (including off-hour/night setups when required). Monitor planogram implementation and display quality via store-checks.
* Sustainability & Eco-Design: Drive the "L'Oréal for the Future" program by ensuring materials follow eco-design principles, promoting recycling/reuse, and minimizing slow-moving or obsolete stock in cooperation with the POSM Transformation Leader.
Main KPIs:
* Perfect Visibility: Flawless merchandising roll-out, correct planograms, and continuous exposition quality.
* Operational Excellence: On-time coordination of POS openings, renovations, and product launches.
* Asset Control & Budget Adherence: Accurate tracking of fixed assets and strict budget management.
* Sustainability Impact: Successful implementation of Eco-Design guidelines in new projects.
