P2P Intercompany Project Manager

About the job

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to lead the rollout of a new tool for intercompany invoice processing across Europe. In this role, you will make sure the project runs smoothly and on time, working closely with our P2P team.
What you will do:
* Manage the implementation of the new intercompany invoice processing tool for Europe.
* Review and map current processes to prepare for the change.
* Work with the P2P Intercompany Manager to monitor performance and identify improvements.
* Coordinate the project on a daily basis with the P2P ICO Manager and Head of P2P Invoice Management.
* Act as the main point of contact for all project activities in Europe.
* Track progress, manage tasks and deliverables, and report status to leadership.
* Prepare and present documentation for internal reviews.
* Join governance meetings and share updates with the core project team.

What we’re looking for:
* Strong understanding of end-to-end P2P processes, especially intercompany.
* Experience with P2P tools and a continuous improvement mindset.
* Project coordination experience (PMO experience is a plus).
* Good knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Fluent in English; another European language is a plus.
* Previous experience in a coordinator or team leader role in SSC/BPO environment
