Job Overview
This role is responsible for variety of billing operations delivered for many different offices in the Europe Region. The main area of focus is ensuring that the whole billing process for assigned Partner's portfolio is under control, providing best standards of customer service, and timely billing operations.

About the role:
* Performing day-to-day tasks connected with the billing process
* Comply with the firm's policies, internal procedures
* Support in ensuring inputs received from Partners are stored in the system
* Support in day-to-day and ad hoc tasks
* Support in resolving client queries
* Working towards quality standards
* Working towards building professional relations
* Support in generation of reports and data analysing
* Support in collaborating with Local Finance teams
* Following the work instructions

Profil requis du candidat:

* Professional experience - up to 1 year
* Knowledge of the Elite system and of e-Billing platforms would be an advantage
* Accuracy & attention to details
* Analytical thinking
* Comfortable with financial data
* Interpersonal (spoken and written) communication skill
* Good Time management
* Open mind and willingness to learn
