About the job

The main purpose of the IT&Data Performance & Governance Analyst is to drive robust governance and performance management across IT & Data operations, with a focus on contract lifecycle, financial control, compliance, and process optimization within Supporting Functions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Contract Management process
* Lead the Contract Management team, ensuring adherence to agreed process strategies.
* Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of contracts with external suppliers, including status tracking, financial control, signature coordination, KPI monitoring, stakeholder feedback collection, and continuous process improvement.
* Ensure proper utilization of Danone systems for contract processing.
* Support purchase order creation and invoice processing, maintaining compliance with internal policies and resolving discrepancies (e.g., supplier data mismatches, goods receipt issues, financial data errors).
* Act as a liaison between contract owners, procurement, finance, and external vendors to resolve contract-related issues and ensure smooth processing throughout the contract lifecycle.
* Maintain and update reports to ensure accurate forecasting and alignment with cost models.
* Manage the contract approval process directly with the platform VP, providing insights to support decision-making.
2. Financial Governance & Cost Control
* Assist the Performance Lead in financial management activities, including cost model accuracy checks against submitted contracts, coordination of Rolling Forecast and Annual Operating Plan tasks, and quarterly/year-end financial landing activities.
* Collaborate closely with financial controlling teams to resolve issues promptly.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration & Governance Support
* Serve as a key point of contact for IT & Data governance topics, supporting global and regional teams on transversal initiatives, compliance, and operational excellence.
* Contribute to transversal communication strategies (e.g., organizing quarterly town halls, updating distribution list structures).
* Create and maintain documentation related to governance topics.
* Participate in initiative aimed at improving employee experience, leveraging insights from annual employee satisfaction surveys.
4. Time Registration process coordination
* Coordinate monthly time registration activities across platforms/chapters, ensuring timely submission and compliance with internal policies.
* Act as the primary point of contact for resolving issues related to time tracking and provide guidance to stakeholders on process requirements.
* Monitor completion status and escalate delays to relevant managers to maintain accurate workforce reporting and ensure proper KPI results.

We expect you to have:
* Strong understanding of IT service management principles and service now
* Fluency in English mandatory. Additional languages are an asset
* Proficiency in ERP tools (SAP, ServiceNow)
* Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to align objectives and resolve issues.
* Skilled in interpreting complex datasets, validating accuracy, and generating actionable insights.
* Strong self-discipline and organizational skills to manage timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple initiatives.
* Adaptability to dynamic environments with evolving priorities.
