Finance Analyst

Business Unit: Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) EMEA
Work Location: Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid 3 days from office)
Contract Type: Permanent

Role Summary

As a Finance Analyst, you will be a key member of our Client Account team, playing a vital role in the financial operations and success of a major client account. You will support the Client Account Finance Manager by taking ownership of critical financial functions, including reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. This is an excellent opportunity to ensure financial integrity and deliver exceptional service to our client, the account management team, and JLL's corporate finance division.

What This Job Involves

* Financial Reporting: Ensure the accurate and timely recording of all monthly results, expenses, and accruals in both client and JLL financial systems (e.g., JDE).
* Invoicing & Revenue: Prepare and manage the end-to-end client invoicing process, including all supporting documentation, while continually identifying opportunities for process improvement.
* Project Finance: Oversee and monitor project budgets and financials, maintaining precise data related to project schedules, costs, and performance indicators in our integrated IT system.
* Client Partnership: Act as a key financial liaison for the client, building a strong collaborative partnership and responding effectively to queries and information requests.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate communications with all project stakeholders regarding status and progress, and provide expert financial advice and support to local Facilities Managers.
* Process Improvement: Support the development and implementation of new client reporting tools and monitor compliance with financial policies and procedures.

What You'll Bring

Essential Experience & Skills
* 2-3 years of finance experience in a similar role, ideally working with international teams and clients.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VBA and Macros, as well as strong skills in Word and Outlook.

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong commitment to high-quality customer service.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to overcome challenges.
