We're looking for a skilled and motivated Internal Control System Analyst or Expert to support and drive our global Internal Control System (ICS).
This is your chance to influence a key pillar of our financial governance framework and play a vital role in ensuring risk resilience across a complex, international organization.
Please note that this is a 12-month maternity cover.

About the Job
As an Internal Control System Analyst or Expert, you will become part of our 2nd Line of Defense supporting the design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of Swarovski's global ICS framework. You will be part of a collaborative and globally connected team, working closely with Group CFO, Finance & Audit Committee, Group Accounting, Corporate Tax, Global Process Owners, Internal Audit, Finance Operations, and external auditors.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the implementation and management of the company's global Internal Controls System (ICS) in your area of responsibility.
* Reporting on and testing of internal controls' operational effectiveness (ICS Quality Assurance).
* Monitoring ICS performance and facilitating remediation activities to strengthen internal controls performance.
* Driving automation, data analytics, and digital tools to improve ICS controls, including testing and operational execution.
* Performing risk assessments of financial processes, identifying risks and evaluating current mitigation measures.
* Implementing ICS controls within selected business areas to ensure appropriate risk response.
* Maintaining process-specific risk-control matrix, including control design and scope.
* Building strong partnerships with ICS stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
* Promoting ICS know-how, a risk-aware mindset, and acting as the point of contact for internal/external ICS matters.

About You
We are looking for a unique and passionate talent who brings:
* A university degree in Accounting, Controlling, Finance, Auditing, Management, or a related field.
* Minimum 1 year (for Analyst level) or minimum 3 years (for Expert level) of professional experience in similar role with international exposure, ideally in a complex organization (Big 4, internal audit, financial compliance a plus).
* Basic (for Analyst level) or strong (for Expert level) understanding of accounting, auditing, internal controls, financial compliance, and risk assessment principles.
* Technical proficiency in controls frameworks and implementation approaches (e.g., COSO).
* Nice to have: experience with SAP, SAP authorization roles, GRC and data analytics platforms, practical exposure to PowerAutomate / PowerQuery / PowerBI, and AI or AI Agents.
* Knowledge of MS SharePoint Teams site management will be a plus.
* Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities, professional skepticism (project management experience will be a plus).
* Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
* A team-oriented collaborative mindset, interpersonal confidence, and the ability to make an impact.
