The Master Data Analyst is responsible for maintaining quality control and management of PIM (Product Information Management) tools, as well as the delivery of process analysis and optimization. This role also supports the local Sales team by providing logistic and product datasets to our customers.
Responsibilities
* Tag and maintain the product asset database.
* Monitor and execute the NPD (New Product Development) and delisting processes.
* Ensure effective data flow from the PEP database to the retailer database.
* Align with IT teams on PEP and retailer system developments.
* Maintain reporting in SAP and present metrics and KPIs.
* Execute updates and Data Quality (DQ) control (extracting content, preparing physical product shipments, and updating budget and customer databases).
* Collect and analyze data from PIM tools and deliver reports to Sales teams.
Qualifications
* Fluent in English and French (French level at least B2).
* Demonstrated experience with commercial analysis or PIM tools.
* Good understanding of how an FMCG organization functions.
* Excellent time management and flexibility according to business needs and sales plans.
* Focus on data quality and the ability to work with large datasets.
* Previous experience in product/NPD coordination or FMCG channel and trade is a plus.
