Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
* Processing tickets for pricing discrepancies within strict SLA's
* Liaising with Sales Representatives and in-country team
* Understanding & execution of the processes applicable within the UKI markets
* Looking at ways to improve processes to reduce future problems
* Other ad-hoc tasks dependent on the country you are supporting

Required Knowledge and Experience:
* Bachelor or Master degree
* English level at least B2
* Ability to learn new applications/software systems
* Communication skills and teamwork
* Scrupulous with analytical skills, able to learn fast
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment under time pressure with multitasking duties
* Adaptability to change

It is considered an advantage to have work experience in a Financial Shared Services environment, in Credit Collection, or in a field related to Process Maintenance. Additionally, knowledge of SAP or similar ERP software is viewed as a plus.
