What you'll be doing:Purpose of role: Providing reliable and innovative solutions for the inline portfolio in the EMEA region by implementing technical changes, maintaining tools and resolving packaging issues.

This is a fix term contract with the possibility of extension

Key responsibilities:

* Implementing technical changes to existing products driven by regulatory requirements, marketing initiatives, reformulations, and manufacturing efficiency improvements.
* Creating, maintaining, and approving specifications, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and other technical documentation.
* Developing, testing, and validating new packaging shippers to meet quality, performance, and cost objectives.
* Coordinating production trials and providing technical support to manufacturing teams.
* Investigating packaging and quality issues, leading corrective actions, and implementing sustainable solutions.
* Collaborating with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
* Managing and supporting inline mold development and maintenance activities to ensure business continuity.
* Driving continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives across the inline product portfolio.
* Ensuring projects are delivered on time and in line with agreed quality, compliance, and cost expectations.

What we're looking for

* 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, quality, product development, packaging, or a related technical environment.
* Experience in packaging development and packaging-related processes.
* Understanding of technical, commercial, and financial considerations within a product lifecycle environment.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify practical and effective solutions.
* A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a continuous improvement approach.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and manufacturing partners.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
* Fluency in English and Polish, both written and spoken.
* A degree or qualification in Engineering, Packaging Technology, Manufacturing, or a related field would be advantageous.
