Job TitleDelivery and project manager

Manage a Portfolio of Customers

* Act as Delivery Manager and Project Manager for assigned strategic accounts and projects.
* Maintain strong relationships with customer IT and business executives to reinforce strategic partnerships.
* Develop the customer delivery portfolio and ensure proactive follow-up of delivery activities.
* Collaborate with Customer Success Managers (CSM), Pre-Sales, and Account Managers as part of the extended account team.

Delivery Activities Accountability

* Coordinate all delivery activities within assigned customer scope.
* Ensure delivered solutions match contractual definitions and that customers understand full capabilities.
* Manage risks, issues, and changes during delivery activities and act as the first escalation point.

Reporting
* Communicate delivery activity status to customers, ensure adherence to plans, and follow up on delivery dates.
* Create and maintain dashboards per customer and project to provide accurate status of deliverables, risks, and issues.
* Provide regular executive summaries covering risks/issues requiring management attention.

Pre-Sales
* Support presales by providing delivery expertise, involving domain experts when needed, highlighting delivery risks, and validating timelines and resource availability.
* Act as a functional and technical entry point to provide specialist knowledge on Amadeus products and solutions.

Resource Management
* Ensure assignment of expert resources from delivery domains in coordination with domain heads.
* Maintain clarity and commitment between Segment, customers, and delivery resources on scope, timelines, and budget.
* Proactively manage the pipeline of requests and prioritize business needs for assigned customers.

Support Service Portfolio Definition and Improvement
* Ensure services proposed to customers match the defined service portfolio.
* Support origination to improve service quality based on customer feedback and time-to-market requirements.
