The Position

Project Manager - RDT Group Functions

Join us in our Warsaw or Poznań office 2 days per week - a hybrid approach designed to balance focused remote work with high-impact, in-person collaboration.

As the Delivery Management Professional you will lead moderately complex deliveries, proactively identify improvements, manage diverse stakeholders, and contribute to strategic implementation. In this role, you will independently define and control the scope of medium to large initiatives, utilizing effective facilitation and analytical skills to drive value delivery. While navigating intricate stakeholder environments, you will connect team development with broader business objectives. Depending on the organization's needs, you may operate within role archetypes such as Project Manager, ITSM Process SME, Scrum Master, RTE, or Agile Coach.

Our Core Focus Areas:
* Strategy & Execution: Co-developing functional strategy and managing global investments to turn vision into reality.
* Operational Intelligence: Delivering sophisticated, evidence-based insights to guide senior leadership decision-making.
* Shared Capabilities: Orchestrating a diverse portfolio of expertise to support and empower RDT sub-functions.
* Cross-Functional Synergy: Partnering across RDT Group Functions and other RDT functions as well as business partners in Finance, P&C and Procurement to drive seamless, end-to-end delivery.

The Opportunity:
* Scope Management: You will independently define, manage, and control the scope of medium to large initiatives or significant workstreams with moderate complexity. You will lead and facilitate the scope definition process, aligning it with strategic objectives, stakeholder expectations, and team dependencies. You will proactively identify, analyze, and manage scope-related risks and changes while championing the adoption of scope management best practices.
* Accountability & Problem Solving: You will independently lead the analysis of moderate to complex delivery problems, driving root cause analysis and eliciting complex stakeholder needs. You will be accountable for comprehensive improvement plans and contribute to solution design. You will champion accountability, deal pragmatically with ambiguity, and use effective facilitation techniques to guide teams while mentoring colleagues and building team spirit.
* Stakeholder Management: You will independently identify and manage a diverse range of stakeholders, developing comprehensive stakeholder communication plans. You will effectively manage relationships to act as a trusted advisor, proactively shape stakeholder perspectives, and navigate intricate stakeholder environments by resolving conflicts to ensure alignment.
* Delivery Discipline: You will independently demonstrate consistent performance with clearly defined value creation that contributes to product or domain goals. You will monitor project progress, track milestones, and report on status to stakeholders, identifying deviations from the plan and taking corrective actions. You will develop and implement quality control processes and address deficiencies to maintain high-quality outcomes. You will work with stakeholders to define, manage, and track the project budget to ensure the project is delivered within the allocated budget.
* Complexity: You will independently manage moderately complex initiatives or workstreams extending across a product or service. You will manage the delivery of complex features, services, or projects (e.g., a service transition, a product release, or a transformational initiative).
* Business & Technical Ability: You will independently demonstrate strong business acumen by analyzing business needs and translating them into effective delivery strategies. You will select and adapt delivery methodologies to optimize results, manage complex delivery processes, and utilize advanced delivery tools and techniques to address business challenges and contribute to planning.

Who you are:

Education & Experience
* You have a track record in roles like Project Manager, Scrum Master, RTE, or Agile Coach, successfully steering medium-to-large initiatives or high-impact workstreams.
* You are trained and experienced in managing cross-functional delivery, ensuring complex features move from concept to completion across diverse teams.
* You don't just execute; you translate high-level requirements into actionable implementation plans and contribute meaningfully to business forecasting and planning.

Technical Expertise
* Strong ability to select, adapt, and apply appropriate delivery methodologies to optimize results.
* Proficiency in utilizing advanced delivery tools and techniques to manage complex processes and dependencies.
* Strong analytical skills to drive root cause analysis and propose comprehensive improvement plans.

Leadership & Soft Skills
* You are an exceptional communicator and facilitator, capable of navigating conflict, leading workshops, and building high-trust relationships with diverse stakeholders.
* You bring a solid understanding of Organizational Change Management (OCM) and have hands-on experience guiding teams through transitions.
* You possess a coaching mindset, dedicated to mentoring others, fostering accountability, and building a vibrant, goal-oriented "chapter" culture.

Compensation & Benefits
The expected salary range for this position, based on the primary location of Warsaw Grafit is 170,100.00 PLN-315,900.00 PLN. Final compensation will be determined by a number of factors, including your skills, experience, qualifications, and location. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus with a target of 15% subject to both individual and company performance.
