Job Responsibilities
Key Elements and Essential Tasks

Administrative Support
* Support in preparing/providing project management reports and meeting minutes
* Manage timely uploads of all project documentation in JLL and Client system, as required
* Assist in the development and submission of project objectives, milestones, and deliverables.

Financials
* Manage all financial inputs into appropriate system of record(s) including but not limited to budgets, commitments, invoices and other data, as required
* Proactively manage financial risk by monitoring financial reporting for missing and/or inaccurate data
* Assist in ensuring timely and accurate receipt of all project invoices at project closeout
* Complete project financial reconciliation at project closeout

Project Management
* Demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of all project management technology as required
* Have a strong understanding of the project management process and the support required at each step
* Any and all other duties and tasks assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Education/training
* Bachelor Degree
* Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management

Years of relevant experience
* Strong and relevant practical experience (2/3 years)
* Accounting experience or previous real estate support roles for brokers or project managers

Skills and knowledge
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with executive level internal & external clients
* Organizational & detailed-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage differing needs of the business
* Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office products
* AdaptiveWork / Spend app experience a plus
* Knowledge of construction or commercial real estate industry

Other abilities
* Ability to multi-task
* Work with a team and independently
