The Opportunity:
As a Human Capital Coordinator, you will play an important role in supporting employees across Europe throughout their employee lifecycle. Working closely with the local HC Operations Teams, you will help deliver a smooth, accurate, and positive employee experience while ensuring HR processes and operations run effectively. This is an excellent opportunity to build broad HR experience in an international and collaborative environment.

* Gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of Human Capital (HC), including employee lifecycle administration, onboarding, payroll coordination, benefits, and HC operations
* Contribute to initiatives that improve employee experience and strengthen the effectiveness of HC operations

How this role will contribute to team success:
* Support the delivery of a seamless employee experience by ensuring Human Capital processes are executed accurately, efficiently, and with a strong service mindset
* Enable employees and managers to focus on their work by providing dependable operational support across the employee lifecycle and maintaining high standards of data quality and compliance
* Strengthen the effectiveness of the Human Capital team by supporting process improvements and helping create efficient, scalable ways of working that enhance service delivery, leveraging AI.
Your Day-to-Day:
* Support the employee lifecycle by preparing documentation and coordinating HR processes related to onboarding, employment changes, leave programs, and offboarding activities while ensuring accuracy and compliance
* Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HC systems to support reliable employee data and effective HC operations
* Support monthly payroll changes with internal service providers, helping ensure employees are paid accurately and on time
* Monitor deadlines, maintain checklists and prepare correspondence
* Support employee experience initiatives, including onboarding coordination, benefits administration, absence management, and responding to employee questions
* Assist with HR projects and process improvement initiatives, helping the team identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and service delivery.
Skills & What You Bring to the Team:
* Successfully completed studies with a focus on Human Resources or vocational training with additional focus on Human Resources (advantageous)
* Ideally first practical experience in the area of Human Resources, can also be through internships or working student positions
* Open-minded personality with a good sense for interpersonal relationships, a strong team player mentality and a problem solver with a strong service focus
* Independent, structured, and precise working style as well as willingness to learn
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken
What Will Make You Stand Out:
* German and/or Dutch language skills are an advantage
* Previous exposure to HR administration processes within Europe
* Initial experience with HR systems, particularly Workday
