You will act as a Medical Advisor based in Poland, working with healthcare professionals, internal teams and external experts. You will deliver clear, balanced scientific exchange and support medical strategy in your therapeutic area. Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

* Build and maintain trusted scientific relationships with physicians, clinical leaders and other healthcare professionals in Poland.
* Provide accurate, non-promotional medical information and discuss clinical evidence during peer-to-peer scientific exchanges.
* Capture and share field insights to inform medical strategy, clinical development and real-world evidence activities.
* Support clinical trials, investigator-initiated studies and identification of study sites in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
* Review and ensure scientific accuracy of medical and educational materials and contribute to local scientific meetings and congresses.
* Work with cross-functional partners (medical affairs, clinical operations, HEOR, market access, commercial) to deliver patient-focused medical plans.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:

* University degree in medicine, pharmacy, life sciences or equivalent clinical/ scientific qualification.
* Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
* Strong ability to read, interpret and communicate clinical and scientific data in Polish and English.
* Experience building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience presenting scientific information.
* Valid driver's license and readiness to travel across the country.

Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
* Previous experience as a Medical Science Liaison, Medical Advisor or similar medical affairs role.
* Advanced degree (PhD, MD) or prior academic research experience.
* Experience in the relevant therapeutic area (for example respiratory, immunology, inflammation or specialty care).
* Experience supporting investigator-initiated studies or clinical research site identification.
* Familiarity with Polish healthcare system dynamics and market access considerations.
* Proven project management skills and comfort working in cross-functional teams.
